How long is each session or class?
Ayurveda Alternative Thai Yoga therapy typically range from 60 to 90 minutes, depending on the service. Thai Yoga stretch sessions are between 45-60 minutes. Restorative Yoga classes are usually 60 minutes.
Do I need experience to attend a class or session?
No experience is needed! All our services are suitable for beginners as well as advanced clients, and each session is guided to meet your individual needs.
What should I wear?
Wear comfortable, stretchy clothing that allows easy movement. For Thai Yoga Bodywork, you will remain fully clothed.
Do I need to book in advance?
Yes, we recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time, though we sometimes accommodate walk-ins depending on availability.
How should I prepare for my first session?
Arrive 10-15 minutes early, wear comfy clothes, stay hydrated, and come ready to relax and move mindfully.
Is your studio suitable for people with injuries or limited mobility?
Absolutely. Our practitioners modify stretches and poses to accommodate injuries, limitations, or special needs.

Do you accept insurance?
No, we do not accept insurance, but we accept HSA. All sessions are paid out-of-pocket.
What are the payment options?
You can pay us through Venmo, PayPal, Apple Pay, Credit Card, HSA card, or cheque at the time of service.
What are your session fees?
Fees vary by service. Memberships and packages provide discounted rates compared to individual sessions.
Do you offer memberships or packages?
Yes! We offer flexible monthly memberships for unlimited classes and multi-session packages. Memberships are transferable to family or friends if you cannot attend.
Do you offer referral discounts?
Yes! Refer a friend and both you and your friend receive a discount on your next session or membership.

Memberships and packages are non-refundable, but unused sessions can often be rescheduled within a valid period.

Absolutely. We modify stretches and poses to suit your abilities and provide a safe, mindful experience.

Wellness Services Disclaimer
Our services, including SomaVeda® Ayurveda Integrated Traditional Therapies®, Thai Yoga-assisted stretching, Restorative Yoga, and Ayurvedic-inspired wellness practices, are intended to support relaxation, flexibility, mobility, stress reduction, and overall wellness. These services are not a substitute for medical care, physical therapy, chiropractic treatment, or licensed healthcare services.
Clients are encouraged to consult with a qualified healthcare provider regarding any medical conditions, injuries, pregnancy, or concerns before participating in any service or class.
Client Responsibility
By booking and participating in our services, clients acknowledge that they are voluntarily participating and accept full responsibility for their physical well-being during sessions and classes. Clients agree to inform the practitioner of any injuries, medical conditions, discomfort, or limitations before and during the session.
Appointment Policy
Appointments are reserved specifically for each client. We kindly request that clients arrive on time to receive the full scheduled session.
Late arrivals may result in a shortened session, while the full service fee may still apply.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We respectfully request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% the total payment.
No-shows may be charged the full session amount.
Late-canceled membership appointments may be forfeited at the business's discretion.
We understand emergencies happen and appreciate communication whenever possible.
Membership Policy
Memberships are billed monthly and renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing cycle.
Memberships and all benefits are transferable to family or friends if you cannot attend.
However, the unused services or classes expire every three months. Unused services or classes do not roll over after three months from the purchase date.
The business reserves the right to update membership pricing or benefits with advance notice.
Payment Policy
Payment is due at the time of service unless prepaid through a membership or package plan. We accept approved electronic payment methods listed on our website or booking platform.
Yoga & Stretch Classes
Participation in yoga and stretch classes is voluntary. Clients are encouraged to work within their own physical limits and modify movements as needed.
Please stop immediately and inform the instructor if you experience discomfort, dizziness, pain, or injury.
Hygiene & Wellness
For the comfort and safety of all clients:
Please arrive in clean, comfortable clothing.
Clients experiencing contagious illness, fever, or flu-like symptoms should reschedule their appointment or class.
Privacy Policy

Personal information collected through bookings, forms, memberships, or website inquiries is used solely for scheduling, communication, payment processing, and improving client services.
