8:00 am-9:00am
Restorative Yoga is a gentle, deeply relaxing practice performed on a mat using props such as blankets, bolsters, blocks, and straps. Unlike active yoga styles that build heat and strength, Restorative Yoga focuses on complete surrender and stillness. Each pose is held for several minutes — typically 3 to 10 minutes — allowing your body to soften, your breath to deepen, and your nervous system to settle into a state of profound rest. No effort. No strain. Just letting go.

Designed to Heal and Restore
This practice is not about burning calories or achieving the perfect pose — it is about deep healing. Every posture is carefully supported with props so your body can release tension without any muscular effort. Restorative Yoga directly addresses:
Stress and anxiety relief – Calms the nervous system.
Chronic fatigue – Restoring energy reserves through deep, intentional rest.
Muscle tension and soreness – Eases tightness using props.
Pain relief – Eases chronic body pain through support.
Recovery from injury or illness – Safe, gentle movement for rest.
Sleep improvement – Encourages deeper relaxation for better sleep.
Emotional balance – Creating space for emotional release and mental quiet.
